Terms of Use
1. The service
Sleep Lab Engine generates ambient soundscapes for relaxation and sleep. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Keep playback volume at a comfortable level.
2. Account
Sign-in uses your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account panel.
3. Free trial
A free trial is available once per person. We use limited, pseudonymous signals (see the Privacy Policy) to prevent repeated trials. The trial does not include export/download.
4. Premium and Credits
- Premium is available as a one-time payment for a fixed period (30 or 365 days), which does not renew automatically, or — where offered (App Store, Google Play, and PayPal for customers outside Vietnam) — as an automatically renewing subscription for the same period.
- Automatic renewal: a subscription renews at the end of each period and is charged in the same currency until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Account panel (PayPal) or in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings; Premium then stays active until the end of the period already paid. We will inform you in advance of any price change for an existing subscription, as required by the store or by law. Renewal charges are not refunded except as required by law or by the store's terms. - Web prices depend on the country of your connection at checkout: in Vietnam, prices are charged in VND and processed by PayOS; in other countries, prices are charged in USD and processed by PayPal. The two price lists are set independently; no currency conversion is applied.
- Promotions: we may offer promotions (applied automatically or with a code) for a limited period and under the conditions shown with the promotion. Only one discount applies per purchase: a promotion and an agent offer are never combined; the larger discount is applied. Promotions and agent offers apply to one-time web purchases.
- Credits are consumable units used for specific features. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and [EXPIRY TERMS — LEGAL REVIEW].
- Access is granted only after the payment is confirmed by our server.
- Refunds: [REFUND POLICY — LEGAL REVIEW; must comply with Vietnamese consumer-protection law].
- In the iOS and Android apps, Premium and Credits are sold only through the Apple App Store or Google Play; that store's billing and refund terms apply to those purchases. A refund granted by the store removes the purchased Premium period or Credits.
- Purchases are linked to your account and are available on every platform where you sign in with the same account.
5. Exports and personal use
Premium exports may be used [PERMITTED USE — e.g. personal, non-commercial listening; LEGAL REVIEW]. The underlying source recordings and the software remain the property of [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] and its licensors.
6. Exclusive Registry License (Sound DNA)
An “Exclusive Registry License” means that, within the Sleep Lab Engine registry, the licensed Sound DNA is reserved to your account: no other account can obtain a license to, or export, that same Sound DNA while your license is active.
- It is a license. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the source recordings, the software, or any sound element that may appear in other soundscapes.

- The license is not transferable, except [RESALE / TRANSFER TERMS — LEGAL REVIEW].
- Soundscapes generated by others may sound similar; the exclusivity covers the registered Sound DNA identifier and its renderings, not a style or a sound.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass payment or license checks, access other users' data, scrape the audio library, or disrupt the service.
